A record 8 spotted in 5 hours!! Most were on the Super trail, with some on the Old baldy trail. All were calling constantly. An excellent year for Trogons

Been wanting to see this one for a long time! The only trogon species in the US. Found in sycamore canyons near the az mex border. Distinctive 'WHEK-WHEK-WHEK-WHEK' call. Was seen on the Carrie Nation trail
