On the powerline at around 7pm. Shaped like a tiny barrel.

At night in a tree in Clearwater. Around 12AM. Making hoarse groaning noise.

In a tree in my back yard at around 8 or 9pm. I couldn't see it clearly but no other owl would be that size besides a burrowind owl, but that is pretty unlikely.
